I performed restorations and managed the marketing activities. I am a 35-year technology industry veteran with an MBA and a background in electronics and software. I am a licensed ham radio operator KM6NTW and an FAA certified Drone Pilot and aerial & underwater videographer. Far more important to me than my professional radio restoration accomplishments is my identity as a follower of Jesus Christ. I have found forgiveness, unconditional love and acceptance by placing my faith in Jesus. Throughout the years I have found whatever has been broken in my life - either from my own choices or those impeded on me - that He is the Master Restorer. He can take what’s wrong in life and bring it back to the right condition. I promise that I will not proselytize, but if you are curious, feel free to ask me about the reason for the hope that I have.

Carlos Perez (center)
Carlos performed our cabinet restorations. He is a professional chef, former Golden Gloves flyweight champion, and lifelong furniture maker and woodworker. Carlos specializes in finishing and refinishing, antique reproduction, historical restoration and conservation. He produces a wide range of beautiful work with personal attention to detail and quality. From concept design to re-construction to finishing and chassis installation, he thrives on finding creative and elegant ways to realize our collective vision.
Philip Monego (right)
Philip was my restoration co-collaborator, senior advisor, and host of the Retro Radio Restore production workshop and media studio. He is a lifelong collector and restorer of pre-WWII radios and serves as Director at Large for the California Historical Radio Society. He also has over 40 years of technology executive management and investing experience. His business interests are web-based consumer services, innovation and social change, social media and e-commerce start-ups.
